JA Inspire Conference
Booth & Brochure Design
American Student Assistance is a proud sponsor and featured booth attraction at JA Inspire career fairs across the country. The relationship started in 2019 with a 2-day event in Providence, Rhode Island.
JA Inspire is a career fair that welcomes local middle schoolers to explore future careers through interactive booths designed at inspiring kids to think about their futures in high school, college, and their careers beyond.
I was in charge of designing an interactive booth for the exhibit hall as well as SWAG offerings, a highlight video to play in the booth, and a brochure handout.
This project was a joy to work on. Below you will find the brochure we handed out to over 8,000 middle schoolers, the in-booth video, complimentary SWAG, as well as a highlight reel of the booth in the real world. The booth, video, and brochure were aimed at encouraging kids to “See What’s Possible” and explore ASA’s online programing content featured on asa.org. Not only was this project a great experience figuring out event logistics and working with booth vendors and printers, it was also a treat to attend this conference and interact with thousands of eager middle schoolers.
